Booking conditions:
- We have a minimum of a 2 night stay. During off peak times only, we may permit a one night stay with the addition of a “one night stay” surcharge of $30.
- Easter minimum of 4 night stay applicable and from Dec 20th – 31st January minimum of 4 night stay is applicable
- You must have a valid credit card as security for your stay. We accept visa or master card. We reserve the right to request a bond in addition to credit card details.
- The full payment is payable at the time of booking.
- Peak rate is the Easter period, Xmas school holidays and public holiday weekends. Mid peak is all other school holidays, the month of February and March (except for Easter) and Off peak is all other times.
- Minimum stay is 3 nights for public holiday weekends, Easter and Xmas school holidays.
- Children under 2 stay free.
- Our cancellation policy is 14 days prior to arrival date, a full refund less $30 booking fee. Less than 14 days notice forfeit full deposit. Over peak season (19 Dec – 31th Jan), Easter and March long weekend a cancellation must be made outside 21 days for a $50 booking fee inside 21 days deposit is forfeited. Please note if you cancel within 48 hours of arrival or no show you will be charged the full amount of your cancelled booking. No refunds for early departures.
